We've got over 25 years of casting experience and we know that a video resume is an absolutely indispensable tool. 2. Most actor reels are not very good. We've seen a lot and we know the principal mistakes actors make on theirs. 3. Actors choose the wrong scenes for their reels. Not surprising since they don't know what cd's are looking for. You need an objective, experienced eye to help you choose. 4. Actors spend too much on their reel. They fall for the hype of slick special effects and other things that casting directors don't care about. 5. Actors end up with reels that can't be seen.
